There's nothing wrong with weranig them, as long as you take care of them like you said with the solution, make sure you wash your hands etc it's fine.Just don't outwear them because this stops oxygen getting to your eye, wear them for as long as you're supposed to and it's perfectly fine.  Was this answer helpful?
